From the first day that we met with her, right through the whole sales process to the closing, she was always prepared, on top of things, accessible, helpful, kind, communicative, and informative. Paula was always available to take our call, text, or e-mail, or to meet with us. You couldn't ask for a more thorough real estate professional. She would constantly keep us informed when it came to comps, showings, buyer feedback, contracts, extensions, the appraisal and inspection processes, etc... and the times we did have issues (such as during the inspection and another time just before the closing) she not only advised us on what the issues were, but also advised us as to what our options were in order to fix the problem and to satisfy the buyers.
